
Kitchen Sink Cookie Recipe
This is a really delicious cookie recipe that can be made with some different ingredients each time you try it.
It's a fun thing to do with kids on a rainy day
Preheat oven to 350 F
1 cups melted butter or melted margarine2 cups brown sugar
2 cups sugar
Add:
4 eggs2 tsp Vanilla -- (Preferrably Watkins brand, of course)
1 tsp Baking Powder --(Preferrably Watkins brand, of course)
4 cups flour
2 cups rolled oats
2 cups cereal (corn flakes, rice krispies, granola, your choice)
Mix these ingredients together well.
Then add one or two or all of the following:
1 cup chunky peanut butter2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup raisins
1 cup smarties or m-and-m's
Handful flax seed and/or handful poppy seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup chopped walnuts or hazelnuts
1 cup shredded coconut
Mix together
Spoon cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet
Bake for about 15 minutes.

You can double the recipe in proportion.
